Larian Amal 2011

Help collect donations for Larian Amal 2011. In conjunction with the national 1 Murid 1 Sukan 1 Malaysia event on 2 July 2011, the PIBG is conducting a fundraising running event. Money raised will be used on various much-needed infrastructure and academic programs as at the recent AGM meeting. We urge all parents ro please support this fundraising event and child/children collect the donations. Top donation collectors will win surprise prizes. And there will be more prizes at the actual run on July 2nd for the top runners, and Lucky Draw prizes for all. On your marks, get set, donate!

New and upgraded SKTBI facilities

The PIBG recently upgraded several of SKTBI facilities. Namely,
providing shaded walkway to the canteen, roof between the dewan and
kedai buku, new tiles around the pondok rehat, and 4 new water

Usul AGM 2011 Yang Diluluskan

The PIBG received numerous usuls (motions) and suggestions from parents of what and how to improve the school for the benefit of our children. The suggestions covered a variety of issues from education and safety to cleanliness and school facilities. Below are the Motions that were Approved by the PIBG without the need for a debate (Usul yang di terima tanpa bahas):

USUL DAN CADANGAN

MESYUARAT AGUNG PIBG KALI KE 11 (2011)

Usul yang diterima tanpa bahas:

1. Meminimakan penjualan minuman berais di kantin sekolah dan makanan bergoreng. Pihak sekolah akan memastikan terdapat lebih pilihan makanan dan minuman yang berkhasiat dan berkualiti. Pihak sekolah dan PIBG akan memantau dan mencadangkan menu makanan dan minuman yang lebih seimbang untuk murid-murid kepada pihak pengusaha kantin sekolah.

2. Memastikan kebersihan dan kerja penyelenggaraan untuk membaiki tandas sekolah dipertingkatkan secara berterusan. Hasrat ini diharap dapat dicapai menerusi program-program kesedaran menggunakan tandas secara berhemah yang akan dilaksanakan oleh sekolah.

3. Taqwim aktiviti sekolah dikeluarkan oleh pihak sekolah untuk pengetahuan ibu bapa bagi tujuan merancang aktiviti harian dengan lebih berkesan. Taqwim ini juga akan dimuat turun dalam website SKTBI, blog PIBG dan akan diedarkan kepada ibu bapa pada Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan.

4. Makluman/notis pemberitahuan oleh pihak sekolah di buat dalam bentuk bertulis. Murid-murid digalakkan menyimpan sebuah buku catatan khas untuk mencatat nota-nota ringkas seperti peringatan untuk membawa barangan yang diperlukan untuk matapelajaran lukisan dan maklumat khas daripada guru-guru. Kebanyakkan notis pemberitahuan yang penting sememangnya diberikan kepada murid-murid dalam bentuk surat rasmi. Ibu bapa juga perlu memainkan peranan masing-masing dengan menyemak buku catatan tersebut setiap hari.

5. Kebersihan kantin sekolah dititikberatkan – tong sampah diletakkan jauh dari meja makan dan penyediaan sabun basuh tangan oleh pengusaha kantin untuk tujuan kebersihan khususnya.

6. Menghentikan penjualan makanan, minuman dan barangan mainan oleh penjaja di luar pagar di hadapan sekolah. Pihak sekolah dan PIBG telah mengemukakan permohonan kepada MPAJ supaya tidakan sewajarnya diambil. Papan tanda larangan meletak kereta di bahu jalan di luar kawasan sekolah juga akan dikemukakan untuk mengurangkan kesesakan lalulintas.

7. Cadangan untuk tidak membenarkan ibu bapa meletakkan kenderaan (kereta / motosikal) di hadapan pintuk pagar sekolah yang mana akan menyebabkan kesesakan lalulintas kecuali bas / van sekolah sahaja. Pihak sekolah juga diminta membuat pemantauan ke atas kenderaan ibu bapa yang bersifat pentingkan diri sendiri.

Pihak sekolah dan PIBG akan melaksanakan langkah-langkah berikut:

14. AJK PIBG 2011/2012 akan berusaha merealisasikan pembinaan

program-program berikut:

a) Pembinaan bumbung bagi Dataran Perhimpunan Sekolah.

b) Membaiki pagar sekolah.

c) Meminima, membaik-pulih serta meningkatkan kebersihan tandas secara berterusan.

d) Mengadakan makmal komputer berserta dengan beberapa buah komputer yang siap dengan program Score A. Makmal ini hanya boleh dimanafaatkan oleh pelajar-pelajar yang telah membayar yuran sumbangan PIBG sahaja.

e) Mengadaptasi program ‘tandas angkat’ di sekolah bagi memastikan kebersihan tandas sentiasa berada dalam keadaan bersih, dijaga dengan baik dan bebas dari perbuatan vandalisma.

f) Menjalankan lain-lain projek infrastruktur yang memberi manafaat kepada sekolah amnya dan murid-murid khasnya.

15. AJK PIBG 2011/2012 akan meneruskan program kutipan amal bagi menambah dana PIBG dan digunakan untuk tujuan projek-projek dibawah:

a) Kejohanan Terbuka Taekwondo (penyertaaan terbuka kepada semua sekolah)

b) Kejohanan Bowling Amal

c) Kejohanan Golf Amal

d) Majlis Makan Malam Amal

e) Kempen Menderma Buku

f) Kutipan Amal Jogathon sempena acara Merentas Desa Tahunan.

g) Kempen Kitar Semula

h) Kempen Jom Ceriakan Sekolah

i) Lain-lain aktiviti kutipan amal yang bertujuan menambah dana PIBG.

16. Mengadakan Papan Buletin / Papan Kenyataan PIBG di hadapan sekolah untuk meletakkan notis pemberitahuan tentang aktiviti-aktiviti PIBG.

17. Mencadangkan Kelas Taekwondo Koryo beroperasi di bawah naungan PIBG sepenuhnya. Kelas Taekwondo ini akan diadakan 1 kali seminggu selama 2 jam bertempat di Dewan Budiman. Yuran bulanan yang dibayar oleh murid-murid termasuk insurans semasa latihan.

18. Cadangan menyediakan kiosk menjual makanan dan minuman berkhasiat di dalam kawasan sekolah (berdekatan pondok di dalam kawasan sekolah) bagi mengatasi masalah pelajar membeli barangan tidak berkhasiat daripada penjaja di luar sekolah. Penjualan makanan dan barangan yang akan dijual perlu mendapat kelulusan daripada PIBG. PIBG akan membuat pemantauan sepenuhnya ke atas kiosk ini.

The PIBG also proposed and debated the motion to raise the PIBG donation to RM100 per family. Many of the projects and proposals made by parents require additional funding, especially the infrastructure projects such as upgrading the toilet facilities and school field. The current RM30 fee is mainly used to finance the school's curriculum and co-curriculum programs, and can not cover other projects without the need of aggressive fund-raising efforts.

RM100 per family was proposed as it was seen as a reasonable amount for the benefit and comfort of our children. It works out to only RM10 per month, based on an average of a 10-month school year.

The motion to raise the amount to RM100 was debated at extensive length by all present, and was approved by a huge majority. It is hoped that parents who were not able to attend the AGM accept the decision and trust the judgement of the AJK, school administration and fellow parents who took the trouble to attend the AGM.

Usul untuk dibahas:

1. Yuran PIBG untuk tahun 2011 dinaikkan ke RM 100.00 dari RM 30.00 untuk satu keluarga. Kenaikan ini dirasakan perlu untuk menampung segala kos keperluan sekolah yang melibatkan aktiviti murid-murid demi keselesaan mereka. Ibu bapa sentiasa mahukan yang terbaik untuk anak-anak mereka tetapi ibu bapa juga perlulah mempunyai kesedaran untuk turut membantu sekolah dari segi kewangan.

A new PIBG SKTBI committee was voted in at the 11th Annual General Meeting held on 12 February 2011. The new committee is made up of some fresh new faces as well as former AJKs. We'd like to thank the former committee for their hardwork and dedication in implementing the various programs and activities over the last year. The 11th SKTBI PIBG Annual General Meeting will be held as follows

Please fill up the attached reply form and proposal form (Borang Jawapn & Usul). All proposals to be tabled at the AGM must reached the PIBG by 24 January 2011. Proposals can be submitted via e-mail to pibgsktbi@gmail.com For your information, proposals will not be discussed during the AGM if the parent (proposer) does not attend the AGM.
